The $180 million Pacific Dunes golf estate has picked up a design award.

The Medowie-based project was named the best residential lifestyle development in NSW at the recent Urban Development Institute’s awards for excellence.

It recognises the development’s efforts at mixing the needs of the residents and golfers and providing a range of lifestyle choices.

Options include larger rural lots, villas and architect-designed golf course, frontage homes.

The project is now entered for judging in the national awards.

Pacific Dunes is a venture involving the Babcock and Brown and Citta Property Group organizations plus former tennis professional Pat Rafter and developer Robert Paul.
