Citta's Blueys Beach project involves the rezoning and development of 1000 acres in the Pacific Palms area on the New South Wales Mid North Coast. The rezoning of the property requires the sensitive balancing of multiple stakeholders needs and the resolution of complex environmental elements. The project on completion will be a community consisting of approximately 300 residential lots of varying types, community facilities, golf courses and clubhouse, parks, preservations and bushwalking trails. The project is being undertaken in partnership with the Dries family with Citta also being the Development and Project Managers for the project.
