Citta Property Group is proposing to create an environment and lifestyle community which showcases best practice in environmentally sustainable design and environmental management.

The project set within 1000 acres in the Pacific Palms area on the New South Wales Mid North Coast will deliver a suite of positive environmental, social and economic outcomes. On completion it will consist of approximately 60 homes set within a coastal bushland environment incorporating nature walks and bike trails.

The project is being undertaken in partnership with the Dries family with Citta also being the Development and Project Managers for the project.
