"The Parliament Square site will revitalise the cultural, business and heritage of Hobart's cityscape, providing a strong link from the city centre to the waterfront"
In April 2009 Citta Property Group was nominated as preferred proponent to re-develop Parliament Square in Hobart, Tasmania.
Located in a prime position close to the waterfront, the project will include open public space, an Amphitheatre with large screen for public events, the preservation of heritage buildings, the construction of five-star-rated green office building, as well as shops and cafes.
Designed by FJMT Architects, a multi-award winning architectural practice, the development will cost $100 million with completion anticipated in 2012.
"dedicated to design excellence and the enhancement of the public domain"
